Hi Braefoot families,

We are pleased to announce that our hot lunch site is now open and accepting orders for this year.  Please see below for instructions on how to register on the site.  All information from previous years has been removed from the site – EVERYONE will need to create a new profile and add their children.  Please ensure you assign your child(ren) to the correct teacher for this year to reduce confusion when handing out lunches.

Please note that our vendors have different cutoff times for orders – best practice is to place your order a minimum of one (1) week prior to the hot lunch date in order to ensure you meet the cutoff.  If you have questions or need assistance, please send an email to braefootevents@gmail.com.

If you would like financial assistance with hot lunch, please reach out directly to the principal, Mr. McCoy – the PAC does have funding available to support those families who need it.

If you are interested in volunteering to help hand out lunches, please send an email to braefootlunchvolunteers@gmail.com.  We always appreciate additional helpers to ensure the process goes smoothly.

As we get ready for another exciting year at school, it is also time to get the Hot Lunch Program up and running.  We will be doing online ordering for all orders to ensure accuracy with the orders and to make the process as easy for everyone as possible.

Here’s how to get started…

1.      Go to https://braefoot.hotlunches.net/

2.      Click on “Click Here to Register”

3.      Enter Access Code:  BOBCATS2026

4.      Complete the rest of the registration form.  (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child’s hot lunch order for the upcoming week)

5.      Click the “Register Now” button at the bottom

6.      Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Braefoot School. Once your child(ren) are registered, click on “Orders”

Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
