Student Led Conferences – will happen in your child’s classroom on Thursday, April 25 from 1:00 – 6:00 pm. We will dismiss early at 11:50. Up to 4 families may book at the same time. Time slots are 15 minutes in length.
Below you will find information on how to book your conference online.
Please follow the steps below to make sure your conference gets booked correctly. If you have any questions please contact the office or your child’s teacher.
How to book your Student-Led Conference time online:

- Copy and paste this link: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/BraefootElementarySchool@gvsd61.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
- If you are having difficulty signing up, please email: braefoot@sd61.bc.ca with your information (name of child(ren), teacher and the time(s) you prefer.
- Select the date from the calendar for your conference Thursday, April 25.
- Select your child’s classroom teacher (Although the website indicates that it is optional, it is not optional, – we are unable to change the title the program gave to the section but you must select a teacher to book correctly)
- Select an available conference time for that day with your child’s teacher
- Fill in your name, your email address, phone number and your child’s name as required
- Check the reminder box that you have selected the correct teacher for your conference
- Click the Book button to complete the process
- You will receive a confirmation email confirming your conference time
You will need to repeat these steps for each of your children
