8:30 Basic Outdoor Supervision Begins

Basic supervision means 1 adult in specific areas who is available to attend to minor safety issues, it does NOT mean full care.

Parents/caregivers of primary students (grades K- 1) wait with their student(s), outside, until the warning bell rings at 8:40. Basic supervision in the morning is for emergency purposes. We provide full care at the start of instruction at 8:40.

8:40 All teachers meet students at their pre-arranged spots and enter the building together to begin their instructional day.

MORNING RECESS OUTDOOR PLAYTIME: 10:05 – 10:20

Teachers will make time for a small snack either before or after outside recess time.

LUNCH EATING TIME: 11:50 – 12:05

2:37 is the end of the school day.

Primary students (Grades K – 1) will be reunited with a parent/guardian by their teacher.

We kindly ask parents to pick up their student(s) prior to 2:45 unless the parent(s) are present and supervising their student(s). Likewise, we encourage our older students to depart home prior to 2:45.

A supervisor will conduct a perimeter walk around the school to determine if there are students who have not been accounted for prior to 3:00.

STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP WILL BE BROUGHT INTO THE OFFICE. FAMILIES WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE PRINCIPAL OR DESIGNATE.
