Parent-Teacher Conferences 2024 – Wed Oct 23 @ 3-5 pm; Early Dismissal Thu Oct 24 @ 11:50 and conferences @ 1-6 pm + Book Fair

We will also have a Book Fair run by School House Teaching Supplies during the conferences.

Conferences: Wednesday, October  23, 2024 from 3:00 – 5:00  pm and

Early Dismissal on Thursday, October 24, 2024 @ 11:50 am

Conferences: Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 1:00 – 6:00 pm

Braefoot Parent Teacher Conferences are coming up and like last year the conferences will be held in your child’s classroom.

Below you will find information on how to book your conference online.  You may book or cancel up to 24 hours before the conference.

Please follow the steps below to make sure your conference gets booked correctly. If you have any questions please contact the office braefoot@sd61.bc.ca or your child’s teacher.

How to book your Parent Teacher Conference time online:

  1. FOR DIV 1 – 10 CLASSES: After 1:00 pm Thursday, October 3, copy and paste this link: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/BraefootElementarySchool@gvsd61.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
  2. FOR DIV 11 – Ms. Kim’s Kindergarten class, please use this link: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/BraefootElementarySchool@gvsd61.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/s/8UuVAHTBpUOEQ5zs4Xlycw2
  3. Select the date from the calendar for your conference (October 23 or October 24)
  4. Select your child’s classroom teacher (This is not optional – we are unable to change the title the program gave to the section but you must select a teacher to book correctly)
  5. Select an available conference time for that day with your child’s teacher
  6. Fill in your name, your email address, phone number and your child’s name as required
  7. Check the reminder box that you have selected the correct teacher for your conference
  8. Click the Book button to complete the process
  9. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your conference time
  10.  You will also receive a reminder one day before your conference.
